Basic Food Hygiene (Level 1)

Basic training required as an introduction to food safety for all food handlers including kitchen assistants, waiters, bar staff, deli staff, healthcare workers & childcare workers

 

Food Hygiene (Level 2)

Attendees would include those who require a higher level of training (e.g. Kitchen staff, Chefs, Managers & Supervisors)

 

Management of Food Hygiene (Level 3)

Suited to those who have responsibility for food safety & who require the skills & knowledge to implement & maintain their own HACCP system (e.g. Chefs, Managers & Supervisors)
